Wood River bank robbed Tuesday, 3rd in Riverbend in recent weeks. The latest in a string of Riverbend bank robberies happened Tuesday morning in Wood River.
The united states Bank, 1301 E. Edwardsville Road, was robbed shortly after nine a.m. Tuesday, according to scanner traffic.

according to WOOD RIVER, Ill. (KMOV.com) – Officers in Wood River are asking for help finding a bank theft suspect.
After the robbery, a K-9 officer attempted to track the suspect.
The suspicious was tracked northwest near a Club Fitness, where the track appeared to end.
With help from an ambit business, it was set which the suspicious was seen leaving the Club Fitness parking lot in a small red four-door car.
