On Saturday evening, Yogi Adityanath, BJP leader and five-time parliamentarian from Gorakhpur, was chosen as the Uttar Pradesh BJP’s Legislature Party leader.
Apart from Yogi Adityanath, BJP state unit head Keshav Prasad Maurya and party’s national vice-president Dinesh Sharma also took oath as the deputy chief minister of Uttar Pradesh.
Also, former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav were also present at the event.
Yogi Adityanath, a mathematician turned politician took oath at Kanshiram Smriti Upvan in Lucknow.
